About & contact

We build software for the part of online retail nobody photographs — the gap between what a shopper expects and what arrives in the box.

One problem, three products

We started with sizing, because fit is the single largest driver of fashion returns. Working with brands on sizing made the next two problems obvious.

The first was that nobody was treating a return as information. Returns platforms processed parcels; the reason a garment came back — the most valuable sentence in the whole transaction — was thrown away. That became ResReturn.

The second was that the other half of “this is not what I expected” is imagery, and imagery was gated behind studio time small brands could not afford to repeat every drop. That became NoShot.

How we build

  • Verify against live stores. An integration is finished when it has run end to end on a real merchant’s catalogue, not when the tests pass.
  • Make failures loud. A swallowed error that lets a broken integration look healthy is a defect in its own right.
  • Ask the source. Numbers are checked against the platform of record, not against our own write log.
  • Fail closed on anything sensitive. When a gate cannot determine the answer, it refuses rather than proceeds.
